End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all mobile apps, games, and websites developed by Playground AI Faceswap ("Playground AI Faceswap," "we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy and trust are important to us. Please take a moment to read our Privacy Policy and this End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any of our apps or websites, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our products. You confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.

If you handle personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) also applies. In case of conflict between this Agreement and the DPA, the DPA takes precedence.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of our products means you accept the updated terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue services or revoke access at any time, without prior notice or liability.

2. Prohibited Use

You are not permitted to use our apps or services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes as defined under applicable laws, including U.S. laws. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without prior warning.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our apps on a single personal device that you own or control.

You may not:

  • Modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer our apps

  • Share access across multiple devices or networks

  • Create derivative works based on our content

Any such action will result in immediate termination of this Agreement.

4. User Data

We do not collect personal data (such as your name, email, or contact number) unless you explicitly provide it—for example, during support requests. This information is kept confidential and only used to address your inquiry.

We do not share personal data with third parties. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

For apps that show ads, we may collect non-personal information (like Google Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads outside the EU. Within the EU, only non-personalized ads are shown with user consent. You can manage ad tracking in your device settings.

5. Cookies

Playground AI Faceswap does not set or use cookies directly. However, third-party services (e.g., ad networks, analytics tools) integrated into our apps may use cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through their respective privacy policies.

6. Internet Access

Some apps may request internet access for:

  • Downloading new content

  • Displaying advertisements

  • Accessing app-related links

  • Collecting anonymous usage analytics

7. In-App Purchases

Certain apps may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., unlocking premium features or removing ads). All such purchases are subject to these Terms.

8. Social Media Sharing

Some features may allow you to share content through social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We do not access or store your social media data.

9. Apps Without Ads

For apps that do not display ads, provisions regarding ad tracking do not apply.

10. Data Sharing with Authorities

We may share data if required by law or if it becomes necessary to:

  • Prevent fraud

  • Investigate illegal activities

  • Protect user safety

  • Comply with legal obligations

11. Opting Out

If you do not wish to see ads or be subject to tracking, you may:

  • Stop using the app

  • Use in-app purchase options to remove ads

  • Manage ad tracking via device settings

In the EU, only non-personalized ads will be shown with your consent.

12. Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware of such collection, we will immediately delete the data. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child has submitted personal information.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once posted. Continued use of our apps confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.
